Shipping
Timeliness: We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped within 2 business days.
Services: We currently ship using the U.S. Postal Service, providing you their priority and parcel post options. Priority mail typically arrives within 2-3 days; parcel post typically arrives within 5-9 days. U.S. Postal Service shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the shipping destination and weight of the products purchased.
Packing Materials: When packaging your items we might select a box that we acquired in a prior shipment in an effort to minimize waste - be assured that we take great care to ensure the integrity of the box is not jeopardized and the packing materials are in perfect condition.

Returns
We definitely want you to be completely satisfied! If you are not happy with your merchandise, we will accept your unused and/or unwashed items within 15 days of receipt. In your return package, please include your invoice order form. Send returns to the business address located on your invoice.
Once we receive your return, you will receive credit back to your original method of payment for the merchandise only. Shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Posting occurs typically two days after the date of processing and it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders that are shipped within the state of Florida.
